China launches the Standard Test of Floorball Skill Level for Youth

2018年11月26日上午，中国《青少年软式曲棍球（Floorball）运动技能等级标准与测试办法（中英文版）》（以下简称标准）在上海理工大学正式发布。国家体育总局手曲棒垒球中心副主任王涛、上海市大学生体育协会会长薛明扬、上海理工大学校长丁晓东，上海体育学院副院长王兴放以及来自上海市教委、体育局、杨浦区教育局、杨浦区体育局、上海各高校体育部负责人等领导、嘉宾、专家和部分媒体记者出席了发布会。

On the morning of November 26, 2018, China's " Standard Test of Floorball Skill Level for Youth " (hereinafter referred to as the"standards" ) was officially released at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Wang Tao, Vice Director of the General Administration of Sport of China (Handball,Hockey,Baseball and Softball "Center") , Xue Mingyang, President of Shanghai University Sports Association, Ding Xiaodong, Principal of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Wang Xingfang, Vice President of Shanghai University of Sports, major media reporters and representatives from Shanghai Education Commission,Shanghai Sports Bureau, Yangpu District Education Bureau, Yangpu District Sports Bureau and Heads of Sports Departments of Universities in Shanghai attended the conference.




“标准”是在国家体育总局手曲棒垒球中心、上海市教委支持下，由上海理工大学和上海体育学院联合研发的国内第一个软式曲棍球（floorball）项目运动技能标准，是目前“青少年运动技能等级标准”系列丛书中第一套中、英文版“标准”。“标准”得到国家软式曲棍球联合会（IFF）和亚洲大洋洲软式曲棍球协会（AOFC）认证，并授权为该项目中国唯一的软式曲棍球运动技能等级标准，将面向其全球成员国进行推荐，是“青少年运动技能等级标准”系列丛书中第一个获得国际体育组织认证的运动项目，将在全球范围内进行推广。“标准”的发布将进一步规范这项运动的发展，提高青少年运动技能水平，激发青少年积极参与运动的热情。

"Standard" is the first domestic sport skill standard of floorball jointly developed by University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education with the support of the General Administration of Sport of China (Handball,Hockey,Baseball and Softball "Center")and the Shanghai Education Committee.It is the first set version of both Chinese and English in the series of "Grade Standards of Sports Skills for Youth" at present. "Standard" has been endorsed by both the International Floorball Federation (IFF) and the Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation (AOFC), and to be the only floorball skill level standard in China for this project. Both IFF and AOFC will recommend the "standards"to its member countries for reference.Floorball is the first sport in China in it’s series of "Youth Sports Skills Level Standards" which has been endorsed by international sport organizations and thus will be promoted nationwide. The release of "standards" will further standardize the development of this sport, improve the level of youth'sports skills, and stimulate the enthusiasm of youth to actively participate in sports.





王涛主任也在发布会上向与会嘉宾介绍了软式曲棍球的发展背景和在中国的发展历程。经过长期的跟踪和调研，认为软式曲棍球具有良好的发展前景。因此，2018年中心正式授权中国曲棍球协会将floorball中文名确定为软式曲棍球，业务指导归入中国曲棍球协会。她认为，这次“标准”的发布不仅能进一步规范软式曲棍球的发展、丰富青少年课外体育锻炼内涵，同时也有助于青少年学生体育素养的科学评价以及竞技体育后备人才培养。

Director Wang Tao also introduced the development background of floorball and its development in China to the participants at the conference. After a long-term follow-up and research, the"center" acknowledges that floorball has good prospects for development. Therefore, in 2018, the center officially designate the Chinese name of floorball as 软式曲棍球（Ruan Shi Qu Gun Qiu） and authorize the Chinese Hockey Association to promote and assist in the restructuring of China Floorball. She believes that with the release of "standards", it not only can further standardize the development of floorball and enrich the connotation of extracurricular physical exercise for youth, but also contributes to the scientific evaluation of youth'sports literacy and the training of reserve talents of competitive sports.





薛明扬会长表示上海市大体协将全力支持此项“标准”测试工作的落实，并配合中心和中国曲棍球协会，将软式曲棍球这项运动推广到更多学校，让学生多一种运动方式，多一个选择，共同迈向更加美好的未来。

Xue Mingyang, President of Shanghai University Sports Association, said that Shanghai University Sports Association would fully support the implementation of the "standard" test work, and cooperate with the "Center" and Chinese Hockey Association to promote floorball to more schools, so that students can have more ways of sports, more choices and move towards a better future together.

上海体育学院副院长王兴放、AOFC副主席秦善政也在会上致辞，表达了对发布会的祝贺以及充分肯定了这一项目等级标准和测试办法的正式发布对规范和推动该运动的发展产生的重要意义。

Wang Xingfang, Vice President of Shanghai University of Sports, Ching SJ, Vice President of AOFC, also addressed the meeting, expressing congratulations on the conference and fully affirming the significance of the official launch of the "standards" and its influence on the standardizing,promotion and development of the sport.

最后，国家体育总局手曲棒垒中心办公室主任彭宁宣布《青少年软式曲棍球（Floorball）运动技能等级标准和测试办法》正式发布。

Finally, Peng Ning, Office Director of the "Center", announced that the Standards and Testing Methods for Sports Skills Level of Floorball for Youth were officially launched.

发布会结束后，国家体育总局官网，多家中国主流媒体对发布会进行了报道，进一步扩大了软式曲棍球在中国的影响力。

After the conference, the official website of the General Administration of Sport of China,Chinese Hockey Association and several mainstream media in China reported on the conference, further expanding the influence of floorball in China.
