China 1st National Floorball Championship for U-series for Shanghai Zone was successfully held in Shanghai.
The tournament had several age categories. It was starting from U8, U12 and U15 (junior middle school) to U18 (senior high school). It was played from 12th July until 14th July 2021. This China National Youth Floorball Championship (for the Shanghai Zome) was played at the Shanghai Expo Huangpu Sports Park. Furthermore, the event was organised by the General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese Hockey Association and China School Sport Federation as well as S100 Shanghai Ltd Co which was the co-organiser.
The three days competition was a big success. There were 43 teams playing in all the various age categories with more than 600 athletes enjoying floorball. There were a total of 106 games played to determin the winners in all those age categories. Moreover, there was a lot of skills, joy, fun and teamwork seen by all the participating players, coaches, referees and officials. In the end the following teams were able to win: Shanghai Experimental School, Peisheng Club, Jingwu Club, Shanghai Pinghe Bilingual School, FCP Club and Shanghai Foreign Language School.

Furthermore, to promote the rapid development of China’s youth floorball, and provide solid reserve talents for the construction of the future national floorball team, said Mr. Yuan Yong, Vice President of China Floorball Union.
