2019年1月20日至2月1日 ，由亚洲大洋洲软式曲棍球联合会（青少年发展委员会）认证和支持、由LZD软式曲棍球俱乐部和上海青新青少年发展中心联合承办的中国青少年Floorball冬令营在上海理工大学举行并圆满顺利结束。
On January 20 to February 1,the 2019 floorball winter camp for Chinese teenagers was held at Shanghai University of Science and Technology.It was endorsed and supported by the Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation(youth development committee) ,co-organised by LZD Floorball Club and Shanghai Youth Development Center.
本次冬令营的主要目标：
一,是评估和选拔U19女队和U19男队的现有队员，备战已报名参赛的第九届U19女队2020世界锦标赛、以及即将于2019年第四季度报名参赛的第十届U19男队2021世界锦标赛；
二,是尝试培养青少年梯队，开设U8、U10的Floorball集训课程，为今后的U19队伍的选拔提供辅助和支持。
This winter camp aims at :
Firstly, to evaluate and select existing players for the U19 women's team and U19 men's team, preparation for the 2020 U19 Women's World Championship and the 2021 U19 Men's World Championship, which will be registered in the fourth quarter of 2019;
Secondly, to train teenagers'echelon, setting up floorball training courses targeting U8,U10 players and providing assistance and support for the selection process of U19 teams in the future.
为此，冬令营邀请了冬令营邀请了芬兰国家队U19女队现任总经理和教练Tapio和Harry、瑞典前国家队教练Christer、新加坡前国家队主力Johnson参与了U19的训练、评估及选拔工作，也邀请了SP专利系统的创始人Christer、SP专业教练Jonathan (前瑞典国家队主力队员)、瑞典SP运动员兼SP教练Erik，以及瑞典专业守门员教练Pontus,为这批U8和U10的队员们做了SP专业集训课程的指导。
Thus, the event invited Mr Tapio and Mr Harry, the current general manager and coach of Finland U19 women's team, Mr Christer, the former coach of Swedish national team, and Mr Johnson, the former player of Singapore national team, to participate in the training, evaluation and selection of the U19 preparation team.
It also invited Mr Christer, the founder of SP patent system, Mr Jonathan, SP professional coach(and also former main player of Swedish National team), and Mr Erik, the Swedish SP athlete and SP coach, and Mr Pontus, the Swedish professional goalkeeper coach, to guide these teams of U8 and U10 players thru the SP professional training courses.
本次集训效果显著，教练员们从基本技术到技战术训练为所有学员做了专业的培训和指导，所有参与活动的青少年水平提高显著，获益良多。本次集训也丰富了中国Floorball青少年的培训内容，也对一些中国教练员在训练中的问题做了指导，解答了很多教练员在平时训练过程中的疑问，也将目前世界先进的培训方法带入中国，为中国Floorball的发展起到了重要作用。也相信在AOFC YDC和中国曲棍球协会软式曲棍球委员会支持下，团结各方力量，齐心协力，中国青少年Floorball将走向更为美好辉煌的明天，创造属于自己的精彩!
The coaches have provided training and guidance for all the trainees from basic skills to technical and tactical training. The level of all the youth participating in the activities has improved significantly. Beside enriching the contents for Chinese youth floorball development, the event also guided the Chinese coaches to methods and solving solutions faced during training. This event introduces world standard training methods and thus further enhancing the development of floorball in China. The Chinese youth floorball development will continue to improve with the support of AOFC (YDC) and the Floorball Committee of China Hockey Association.
